In anticipation of your attendance, they are holding a room for you and their wedding group at the wedding resort. It is especially important that all guests book their accommodations within this wedding reservation that Alexandra and Matthew have arranged for their wedding group. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the wedding resort, in the same proximity, receive the special group room pricing, are included in the wedding events and activities, and recognized as part of this wedding group.
We encourage you to act early to assist the couple in being able to start their wedding planning with knowledge of how many guests will be in attendance. - Travel to the Dominican Republic requires a passport book for all travelers. Your passport book must be valid for 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available.
- Names on all reservations must match the name as it appears on your passport book.
- When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact TSA for more specific details.
- Mandatory health insurance or other travel requirements may be in place for your travel dates. These are updated frequently and may change.
- There are current CDC requirements for international travel. Please check their website for the most recent information or reach out to your travel advisor.
Deposit is due at the time of booking your room.
Deposit amount of $200 per room is applied towards your total room cost. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed.
