They have chosen the beautiful all-inclusive resort, Margaritaville Island Reserve in Riviera Cancun, Mexico for their destination wedding and group vacation. Please find the travel information below to be sure that you are part of this special occasion.
In anticipation of your attendance, they have reserved a room for you and their wedding group at the wedding resort. It is especially important that all guests book their accommodations within this wedding reservation that Ashley and Alec have arranged for their wedding group. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the wedding resort, in the same proximity, receive the special group room pricing, are included in the wedding events and activities, and recognized as part of this wedding group.
We encourage you to act early to assist the couple in being able to start their wedding planning with knowledge of how many guests will be in attendance. Please find the travel information below and request your preferred room type and travel dates to secure your wedding travel package. Small deposits and interest-free payment plans are available.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- These rates include accommodations, taxes*, food, beverage, and alcohol (some restrictions apply), on-site entertainment, non-motorized water sports, and child programs.
- These rates DO NOT include airfare or airport transportation. When making flight arrangements, you will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN).
- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights per room.
- Rooms are on a first come, first served basis and can only be guaranteed for a short time, so please confirm your reservation soon.
- Check-in time is 3 PM; Check-out time is 12 PM
*An eco-tax has been put in place by the local government in Quintana Roo, Mexico that must be paid directly to the resort at check-out. This tax is approximately $1.50 USD per room/per night and subject to change.

DEPOSIT:
Deposit amount of $100 per adult (minimum $200 per room) to confirm your reservation. Deposit is due at time of making your reservation. The final payment date for all rooms is January 26, 2022. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional. Cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your travel expert.

- Travel to Mexico requires a passport book for all travelers.
- Your passport book must be valid for 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry to Mexico, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available.
- Names on all reservations must match the name as it appears on your passport book.
- When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact TSA for more specific details.
