It is very important that all guests book their accommodations within this wedding reservation that Carrie & Michael have arranged through Forever Us Destination Weddings & Honeymoons. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the wedding resort, receive the special group room pricing, are included in the wedding events and activities, and recognized as part of this wedding group.

- Travelers of all ages must obtain a passport book (NOT a passport card) to travel to Mexico, and it is recommended to be valid 6 months PAST your date of return

*****IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS*****
- Travel to Mexico requires a valid passport book for all travelers.
- Your passport book is recommended to be valid for 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry to Mexico, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available.
- Names on all reservations must match the name as it appears on your passport book.
- When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact TSA for more specific details.
DEPOSIT:
Deposit amount of $300 per room is due to confirm your reservation. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your travel advisor.
