We have secured a block of rooms at Dreams Natura with exclusive rates for this group. It is especially important that all guests book their accommodations within this wedding reservation that Keara and Spencer have arranged through Forever Us Destination Weddings & Honeymoons. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the wedding resort, receive the special group room pricing, are included in the wedding events and activities, and are recognized as part of this wedding group.
We encourage you to act early to assist the couple in being able to start their wedding planning with knowledge of how many guests will be in attendance. Payment plans are available for room reservations.

ACCOMMODATIONS:
- These rates include accommodations, resort taxes*, food, beverage, and alcohol (some restrictions apply), on-site entertainment, and non-motorized water sports.
- These rates DO NOT include airfare. When making flight arrangements, you will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Airport ground transportation in Cancun will be offered as part of your travel package to ensure safe and reliable transportation to the resort and back to the airport.
- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights per room.
- Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be guaranteed for a short time, so please confirm your reservation soon.
- Check-in time is 3 PM; Check-out time is 12 PM. Guests are not given access to the resort facilities outside of these times.
- This resort requires at least one guest be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in.
*An eco-tax has been put in place by the local government in Quintanaroo, Mexico that must be paid directly to the resort at check-out. This tax is approximately $1.60 USD per room/per night and is subject to change. There is also an international tourist tax for all travelers 15 yrs. or older that is currently $11 per person payable in the Cancun Airport.

*****IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS*****
- Travel to Mexico requires a valid passport book for all travelers.
- Your passport book is recommended to be valid for 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry to Mexico, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available.
- Names and dates of birth on all reservations must match the same as it appears on your passport book.
- When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact TSA for more specific details.
- At this time there are no required vaccines to enter Mexico. If this changes, your Travel Advisor will notify you.
DEPOSIT
A $200 is due at the time of reserving your accommodations. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional and also due at the time of initiating a reservation. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your Travel Advisor in your travel proposal.
***Please note that deposits are non-transferable. Cancellation and change penalties apply for all reservations and will be provided with your room reservation proposal. If travel insurance is purchased, this insurance may cover cancellation penalties that are assessed. Your Travel Advisor will provide a quote for this insurance based on your travel details.
