We have secured a block of rooms at Breathless Punta Cana & the neighboring family-friendly sister resort, Dreams Onyx Punta Cana with exclusive rates for this group. It is especially important that all guests book their accommodations within this wedding reservation that Kimberly and Robert have arranged through Forever Us Destination Weddings & Honeymoons. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the wedding resort, receive the special group room pricing, are included in the wedding activities, and recognized as part of this wedding group. We encourage you to act early to assist the couple in being able to start their wedding planning with knowledge of how many guests will be in attendance. Your passport book must be valid for 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry to Dominican Republic, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available. Names on all reservations must match the name as it appears on your passport book.
When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact TSA for more specific details.

Deposit is due at time of booking.
Deposit amount of $200 per room applied towards your total room cost. Cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your travel expert.
