ACCOMMODATIONS:

• These rates include accommodations, resort taxes*, food, beverage, and alcohol (some restrictions apply), on-site entertainment, and non-motorized water sports.
• These rates DO NOT include airfare. When making flight arrangements, you will fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). Airport ground transportation in Cancun can be added as part of your travel package to ensure safe and reliable transportation to the resort and back to the airport..
• There is a minimum stay of 3 nights per room.
• Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be guaranteed for a short time, so please confirm your reservation soon.
• Check-in time is 3 PM; Check-out time is 12 PM. Guests are not given access to the resort facilities outside of these times.
• This adults-only resort requires all guests be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in.

*An eco-tax has been put in place by the local government in Quintanaroo, Mexico that must be paid directly to the resort at check-out. This tax is approximately $1.60 USD per room/per night and is subject to change. There is also an international tourist tax for all travelers 15 yrs. or older that is currently $11 per person payable in the Cancun Airport.

Rates are per night, and based on the respective occupancy listed. Example: Double Occupancy equals two adults in the room.

OPTION 3:  Junior Suite Ocean View King or Double - Offers ocean views, one king, a full bathroom with hot tub for two, separate shower, double vanities and a private furnished balcony.

OPTION 4:  Junior Suite Swim Out King - Offers pool and tropical garden views, one king bed, full bathroom with hot tub for two, separate shower, double vanities and a private furnished terrace with direct swim out access.

OPTION 5:  Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View King or Double - In addition to the above amenities, the Preferred Club Junior Suite Tropical View offers stunning pool or tropical views, one king, a full bathroom with hot tub for two, separate shower and double vanities, and a private furnished balcony with an outdoor relaxing soaking tub.

OPTION 6:  Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View King - In addition to the above amenities, the Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View offers breathtaking ocean views, one king-size bed, full bathroom with hot tub for two, separate shower and double vanities and private, furnished balcony with an outdoor relaxing soaking tub.

*****IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS*****

• Travel to Mexico requires a valid passport book for all travelers.
• Your passport book is recommended to be valid for 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry to Mexico, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available. 
• Names on all reservations must match the name as it appears on your passport book.
• All travelers MUST be listed on a room reservation to have access to the resort.
• At this time there are no required vaccines to enter Mexico. If this changes, your Travel Advisor will notify you.

DEPOSIT

A $500 is due at the time of reserving your accommodations. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional and also due at the time of initiating a reservation. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your Travel Advisor in your travel proposal.
