Accommodations:

These rates include accommodations, taxes*, food, beverage, and alcohol (some restrictions apply), on-site entertainment, and non motorized water sports.

These rates DO NOT include airfare or airport transportation. When making flight arrangements, you will fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights per room. 

Rooms are on a first come, first served basis, and can only be guaranteed for a short time, so please confirm your reservation soon.

Check in time is 3 PM; Check out time is 11 AM Guests are not given access to the resort facilities outside of these times.

**Pricing includes your participation in the wedding events and recognition by the resort that you are a part of this wedding group.

*****IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS*****

• Travel to the Dominican Republic REQUIRES a passport book for all travelers. Your passport book must be valid for at least 6 months after your RETURN DATE HOME to be given entry to the Dominican Republic, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available. 

• Names on all reservations must match the name as it appears on your passport book. Passports will be checked by the resort and names that do not match may be prevented from checking in.

• Government requirements may be in place for international travel. Please review all advisories prior to making a reservation.

• When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact TSA for more specific details or travel.state.gov

DEPOSIT:

Room deposit is due at the time of booking your accommodations. A deposit of $100 per adult ($200 minimum) per room is necessary to confirm your reservation.  Cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional.  The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your travel advisor.  All final payments are due by 4 PM Eastern Time on October 23, 2025. Any room requested after this date will be on request based on hotel availability, and subject to updated pricing.
