ACCOMMODATIONS:

• The below rates include accommodations, resort taxes, food, beverage, and alcohol (some restrictions apply), on-site entertainment, and non-motorized water sports.
• These rates DO NOT include airfare. When making flight arrangements, you will fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Airport ground transportation in Punta Cana will be offered as an add on to your travel package to ensure safe and reliable transportation to the resort and back to the airport.
• There is a minimum stay of 3 nights per person. Must be 18+ years to check-in.
• Rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis and can only be guaranteed for a short time, so please confirm your reservation soon.
• Check-in time begins at 3 PM; Check-out time is 12 PM. Guests are not given access to the resort facilities outside of these times.
• Lead guest must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in.
  

Rates are per night, and based on the respective occupancy listed. Example: Double Occupancy equals two adults (13+ years of age) sharing one room.

*****IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS*****

• Travel to the Dominican Republic requires a valid passport book for all travelers.
  
• Your passport book is REQUIRED to be valid for 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry to the Dominican Republic, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available. 
• Names and dates of birth on all reservations must match your passport book.
• When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact TSA for more specific details.
• At this time there are no required vaccines to enter the Dominican Republic. If this changes, your Travel Advisor will notify you.

DEPOSIT

A $200 deposit is due at the time of reserving your accommodations. This deposit is applied to your overall room expense. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional and also due at the time of initiating a reservation. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your Travel Advisor in your travel proposal.

***Please note that deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation and change penalties apply for all reservations and will be provided with your room reservation proposal. If travel insurance is purchased, this insurance may cover cancellation penalties that are assessed. Your Travel Advisor will provide a quote for this insurance based on your travel details.
