On a random day throughout the week, when the sun sets, Royalton CHIC Resorts will stage a pop up party with a different theme, cocktails, and music each time. Hosted by the CHIC Angels, it will occur at surprisingly different locations around the resort. Nobody knows when or where so guests will need to be ready at all times.

The surprise "Interlude" is a way to mark the daytime to the evening transition.

ACCOMMODATIONS:

• These rates include accommodations, taxes*, food, beverage, and alcohol (some restrictions apply), on-site entertainment and non-motorized water sports.
• These rates DO NOT include airfare or airport transportation. When making flight arrangements you will fly into V.C Bird International Airport (ANU). Airport transportation in Antigua is offered as part of your travel package.
• There is a minimum stay of 4 nights per person.
• Rooms are on a first come, first served basis and can only be guaranteed for a short time, so please confirm your reservation soon.
• Check in time is 3 PM; Check out time is 12 PM

ROOMS ARE ON A FIRST COME SERVED BASIS. RATES ARE GUARANTEED FOR THE NIGHTS OF DECEMBER 4-10, 2024. ADDITIONAL NIGHTS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.

Rates are per night, and based on the respective occupancy listed. Example: Double Occupancy equals two adults in the room.

Option 3: Luxury Ocean View King - In addition to the above amenities, this suite offers sweeping ocean views with one king bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. 323 Square Feet.

Double Occupancy:  $636 per night

Option 4: Luxury Ocean View 2 Queens - In addition to the above amenities, this suite offers sweeping ocean views with two queen beds. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults. 323 Square Feet.

Triple Occupancy:  $879 per night 

Option 5: Luxury Junior Suite Ocean View Swim Out King Diamond Club  - In addition to the above amenities this suite includes Diamond Club elevated amenities and a Butler service. This suite offers an ocean view with direct swim out access to a small pool, with one king bed. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults. 475 Square Feet.

Single Occupancy:  $595 per night
Double Occupancy:  $800 per night

NOTE:
You will be asked to provide a valid credit card and your passport upon check-in. The credit cardholder must be present at the time of check-in or a complete credit card authorization form must be provided. Your credit card will be charged a security deposit of $200 USD, which will be reimbursed to you upon check-out. Before checking out, make sure to stop by the front desk to verify any room charges and to sign your final receipt.

There is a Tourism Guest Levy that will be used for destination development and community support on the island. A fee of $5 USD per person per night for all will be applied. The Tourism Guest Levy will be collected by credit card payment upon check-in at the hotel.

***IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS***

• Travel to Antigua requires a passport book for all travelers.
• Your passport book must be valid for 6 months AFTER YOUR RETURN date to be given entry to Antigua, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available.
  
• Names on all reservations must match the name exactly as it appears on your passport book.

DEPOSIT: 
There is a deposit amount of $200 per room to confirm a reservation. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your Travel Advisor.

If travel insurance is purchased, this insurance may cover any penalties that are assessed.
