In anticipation of your attendance, they have reserved a room for you and their wedding group at the wedding resort.
It is very important that all guests book their accommodations within this wedding reservation that Leeanna and Steven have arranged for their wedding group. This will ensure that all guests are guaranteed a room at the wedding resort, in the same proximity, receive the special group room pricing, are included in the wedding events and activities, and recognized as part of this wedding group.
We encourage you to act early to assist the couple in being able to start their wedding planning with knowledge of how many guests will be in attendance. The Sip, Savor & See Dining Experience is only good for dinner. This is not a day pass. Guests must make arrangements through the resort concierge by 3 p.m. Guests may choose to dine at any of the restaurants that are serving dinner. Guests are responsible for the cost of transportation to and from the resort. A maximum of 4 people are allowed per seating.

*****IMPORTANT TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS*****
- Travel to Mexico requires a passport book for all travelers. Your passport book must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your RETURN date to be given entry to Mexico, it must be in excellent condition and have at least two blank pages available.
- Names on all reservations must match the name as it appears on your passport book.
- When traveling with a child without both custodial parents, a notarized letter from the absent parent should accompany you in travel for TSA purposes. Contact the TSA for more specific details.
DEPOSIT:
Deposit is due at time of booking. A deposit amount of $100 per adult (minimum $200 per room) to confirm your reservation. The cost of travel insurance, if elected, is additional. The cost of insurance is based upon the cost of your travel arrangements and is non-refundable or transferable. The policy must be purchased at the time of deposit and cannot be added after your booking is completed. Details will be provided by your travel expert.
